Built in 2008 and situated in the city’s primary commercial corridor, the Hotel benefits from exceptional visibility and access to a diverse base of institutional, corporate, and leisure demand. Within ten minutes of the Property are three major universities—the University of West Florida (~14,300 students), Pensacola Christian College (~5,000 students), and Pensacola State College (~8,000 students)—as well as leading regional employers including Navy Federal Credit Union’s 440-acre operations campus (9,000+ employees), HCA Florida West Hospital, and the GE Vernova manufacturing facility in Ellyson Industrial Park.
