OFFERING SUMMARY
Oceanwide Plaza, an ambitious mixed-use, residential and retail complex in downtown Los Angeles, presents a significant investment opportunity to developers.
Situated across from landmark locations such as the Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center, the project was initiated in 2015 but encountered setbacks, including construction halts in 2019 amid financial and geopolitical tensions.
Approximately $1.1 billion has been invested in the project thus far and an additional +/-$800 million is estimated to be needed for completion. The property will be sold subject to the bid procedures to be approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court. Upon the Court’s approval, we will distribute those procedures to interested parties.
