Overview

KBC Capital Markets, as exclusive agent, is pleased to present the opportunity to acquire C5 Encore Logistics Center - Building 3 (the “Property”), a state-of-the-art, Class A distribution facility located at 414 Encore Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio. Amazon has initiated plans for significant capital investments in HVAC, dock upgrades, and high-finish office build-out, signaling its long-term commitment to the site.
