Paul specializes in hospitality real estate and capital markets.  He has over 18 years of experience in hotel and resort property transactions including investment sales, debt placement, equity raising and advisory throughout North America. He has a strong understanding of both the lodging sector as a whole and property level opportunities. As a result, his experience gives him the insight to advise his clients on how to navigate the capital markets and position properties for optimal results.  He loves watching his son play flag football, playing basketball when he can, and enjoys fishing with the family.
