STRONG PERFORMANCE WITH ADDITIONAL UPSIDE

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Destin is a high performing asset achieving a RevPAR of $113.69 in the Trailing Twelve Months (“TTM”) ending in October 2024. As a result, the Hotel achieved total revenues of $4.1M and generated strong in-place cash flows of $1.1M, with 26.6% NOI margins. Additionally, there is a potential for improvement post a change-of-ownership PIP. The enhanced product offering, and continued market growth expectations will likely result in RevPAR and NOI levels well exceeding in-place metrics.
