The 127-room Hotel benefits from immediate proximity to Louisiana State University (“LSU”), which enrolls more than 43,000 students and serves as one of the most powerful lodging demand generators in the Southeastern United States, as well as Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, the largest private medical center in Louisiana, employing more than 7,500 personnel. The Property is also located near Baton Rouge’s dominant industrial corridor, anchored by global employers including ExxonMobil, Dow, Turner Industries, BASF, and Amazon, whose recently developed 3.8 million square-foot fulfillment center employs more than 1,000 workers.
