The Hotel is being offered for sale unencumbered of management and a qualified buyer is expected to receive a long term license from Hilton.

During this time, NOI has achieved healthy performance metrics with strong in-place cash flows of $1.84 million as of year-end 2024, offering immediate yield for a new investor. 

 

HIGH BARRIER-TO-ENTRY MARKET 

Due to existing density and zoning restrictions, New Jersey is regarded as a market with a high barrier-to-entry for hotel development.
