Collectively, these tenants represent global leaders in manufacturing, automotive supply, semiconductors, and data storage, providing investors with long-term stability and durable cash flow. With a weighted average lease term of 9.23 years, the Portfolio delivers long-duration income secured by high-quality tenancy.
The offering consists of 3.5 million square feet of industrial and flex assets serving mission-critical operations, complemented by a core infill office asset leased long-term to a credit tenant.
