Butler’s Crossing is a 1.6msf development opportunity located along the southern portion of the I-81/78 Distribution Corridor in Inwood, WV. This corridor is located within a four (4) hour drive of Baltimore, Washington DC, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and New York City, making it one of the most critically important industrial markets in the nation.
81-South is unique in that it covers four states in less than 40 miles (PA, MD, WV, VA). It boasts over 85 buildings with over 47 million square feet of product that is less than 3% vacant. As recent Superregional deals including Lowes, Staples, Amazon, Georgia Pacific, and Proctor & Gamble have recently landed in this submarket, the new development pace is not keeping up with bulk demand.
Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, LLC and Century Realty are exclusively representing ownership.
