Charlotte Douglas International seeks the activation and development of +/-39 acres of “Regional Activity Center”-zoned land at the intersection of North Josh Birmingham Parkway and Wilkinson Boulevard and/or +/-51 acres of “Manufacturing & Logistics”-zoned land at the intersection of Stafford Dive and Wilkinson Boulevard. CLT invites developers to respond in whole or in part to this offering. The Airport welcomes your proposals.
