All of the hotels are located within close proximity to downtown Dallas and near a number of healthcare, corporate and leisure demand generators. The three hotels are institutionally owned and managed, providing upside for transitioning to an owner/operator model and benefitting from operational upside as well as economies of scale. The extended stay segment has proven to be an attractive sector due to its efficient operating model, strong yield and diverse customer base that use these hotels for above average length of stays.
