The Hotel benefits from proximity to multiple stable and growing healthcare, leisure, commercial, and group demand generators which include but are not limited to: i) HCA North Florida Hospital, a 510-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center; ii) Butler Plaza, the largest retail power center in Florida which offers 150 stores and over 2 million square feet of retail and restaurant space; iii) Celebration Pointe, North Central Florida’s premier destination to live, shop, work and play; iv) Alachua County Sports Complex, North Florida's premier sports and events destination; and v) the University of Florida and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, aka “The Swamp”.
