This premier location provides immediate access to large-scale sporting events, conventions, concerts, and citywide gatherings, driving consistent compression-driven demand and establishing the Hotel as a preferred lodging option during peak periods.
The Hotel further benefits from close proximity to the Texas Medical Center, the world’s largest medical complex and one of the most durable lodging demand drivers in the United States. This adjacency supports steady, non-cyclical demand from medical professionals, patients, families, and visiting faculty, complementing the Hotel’s event-driven performance and creating a highly diversified and resilient demand profile.
With a brand-mandated Property Improvement Plan completed in October 2024, the Hotel is positioned to deliver operating performance beyond current in-place metrics.
