The Hotel achieved a RevPAR of $87.96 for the Trailing Twelve Month (“TTM”) period ending October 2024, with a penetration index of 143.8%. During TTM October, the Hotel generated a Total Revenue of $4,164,790 but operated with cashflows of only $808,214, reflecting 19.4% NOI margins. Currently institutionally managed, there is substantial potential for cash flow improvement with the implementation of a more efficient management strategy. Under new management, the new owner will have the opportunity to improve on efficiencies and lower costs compared to those of a larger, institutional management company.
