The Extended Stay America – Wildwood opened in June 2025 and is located in Wildwood, Florida, immediately adjacent to The Villages, one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the United States. Despite being branded as a Select Suites, the Hotel was developed to Extended Stay America Premier Suites standards, featuring concrete block construction and significant interior and mechanical upgrades. The area draws millions of annual visitors and is easily accessible via Daytona Beach International Airport, downtown Orlando, and Orlando International Airport.
