The assets are located in in Baltimore, MD Camp Springs, MD, King of Prussia, PA and Quakertown, PA; and the hotels can be purchased individually or as a portfolio. This acquisition offers new investors the opportunity to align with one, or several of IHG’s premier select-service brand at a fraction of today’s replacement costs.
