Hunter Hotel Advisors is pleased to offer, on an exclusive basis, the opportunity to acquire three HomeTowne Studios hotels, individually or as a portfolio, located in the Phoenix MSA. All of the hotels are located less than 12 miles from downtown Phoenix and proximate to a number of healthcare, corporate and leisure demand generators. The three hotels are institutionally owned and managed, providing upside for transitioning to an owner/operator model and benefitting from operational upside as well as economies of scale. The extended stay segment has proven to be an attractive sector due to its efficient operating model, strong yield and diverse customer base that use these hotels for above average length of stays.
