The hotel benefits from proximity to the El Paso Airport and various demand generators. The El Paso Airport, the busiest commercial airport in West Texas, serves the region alongside Southern New Mexico and Northern Mexico, managing over 3.9 million passengers and 96,316 aircraft operations in 2023. The hotel’s immediate area is home to numerous distribution facilities, medical centers, and college campuses, all in close proximity. The hotel benefits from a diverse array of demand generators, including Fort Bliss, the University of Texas at El Paso, Sun Bowl Stadium, and major oil and gas companies like Andeavor, all within 15 minutes from the hotel.  Additionally, the area is home to Fortune 500 companies and major entities such as ADP, Boeing, Charles Schwab, Delphi, Dish Network, Hoover, Raytheon, USAA, and Verizon Wireless, which all have offices in El Paso.
