ZMC Hotels is a Hotel Management Company owned by California based Hall Equities Group. Hall Equities Group is a diversified private real estate investment and development company, founded in 1962, with a portfolio of 127 assets across nineteen states.

ZMC Hotels has its own storied history extending for more than forty years in the hospitality business, originally founded and headquartered in Duluth, Minnesota, by the long established and prominent Goldfine Family. In 2015, Hall Equities Group acquired the management company together with all twenty-nine company-owned hotels. Previously owned Hall Equities Group hotels, new acquisitions, and third-party managed hotels have increased the portfolio to a total of thirty-nine hotels across twelve states. While ZMC Hotels still maintains a significant corporate presence in the Duluth metro area, the company headquarters has been moved to California, and regional offices are staffed in Duluth, Minnesota; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Oxford, Alabama. These regional offices also include certain Hall Equities Group personnel.

ZMC Hotels has more than 425 employees dedicated to superior performance in the hospitality industry. Our management team includes deep experience in hotel operations, marketing and sales, revenue management, human resources, risk management, information technology, facilities and construction management, and purchasing. These skill sets are fortified by the added expertise of Hall Equities Group in accounting and treasury management, audit, capital markets, and project development.

Hall Equities Group is committed to growing ZMC Hotels into a significant national hotel management company. Third party management business, new single-asset and portfolio acquisitions, and new ground-up hotel development projects are being actively pursued. Presently ZMC Hotels has eight new hotel development projects in its development pipeline scheduled for completion in the near term.
