WHLR’s portfolio consists of strategically selected properties that are located primarily in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest regions of the United States, and are generally leased by nationally and regionally recognized retailers of consumer goods (Food Lion / CVS / Kroger / Aldi).
