Founded in 1975, West Valley Properties is a fully integrated commercial real estate firm that provides targeted acquisition, development, and management services to institutional partners and individual investor clients. We focus on multi-tenant properties in a few, select, high growth markets within the western United States. West Valley Properties also assists financial institutions and investors in managing, stabilizing, repositioning and/or disposing of their real estate holdings. In addition, the company has the ability to re-capitalize existing projects in order to meet development or re-development opportunities. Since its inception, West Valley Properties has formed investment groups acquiring and managing more than 85 assets of all property types, including residential, office, R&D, and retail, utilizing market acumen, creativity and vast experience within the commercial real estate industry. In addition to the acquisition and enhancement of existing properties, West Valley recently completed and sold a ground up condominium development yielding exceptional returns for investors. The company's investment objectives include safeguarding investor capital, while providing healthy returns and increasing the value of our properties through an enhanced asset management program that can include elements of development, redevelopment, repositioning, cosmetic enhancements, and/or increasing leasable space. West Valley Properties’ highly experienced in-house professionals (resident in our Silicon Valley, California and Phoenix, Arizona offices) provide expert property and asset management and institutional quality financial reporting for all properties. The Company’s operations are scalable and positioned to take advantage of future growth. With approximately 1.9 million square feet of property under ownership and management, and more than 40 years of proven experience in adding value to its real estate, the Company delivers above average results for investors.
