Our team’s experience includes construction management, accounting, finance, and real estate management, leasing and development. Since 2004, we’ve been fortunate to form long standing relationships with international, domestic, private equity backed, publicly held and family owned food companies. The projects we have worked on with those companies have given us deep experience in constructing facilities used for meat processing, baking, pizza manufacturing, food packaging, produce distribution, specialty foods distribution and retail grocery. We understand the complexities of these food-grade facilities and guide our clients’ decision making in all critical elements necessary to constructing and operating a modern, safe and efficient food grade facility. We work with our clients from the early stages of thinking about and planning for a new facility through move-in and start-up of operations. Our depth of knowledge in refrigerated facilities has been cultivated by our involvement in the development of state-of-the-art meat processing facilities, food manufacturing facilities, bakeries, food packaging facilities and food distribution facilities.
