Our current investing activities are focused on our private investment program, Watermark Lodging Trust, a publicly registered real estate investment trust (REIT). Our team is led by Michael G. Medzigian, who is also Chairman and CEO of Watermark Lodging Trust and has been responsible for real estate investments in excess of $17 billion nearly 40 years of experience in the real estate industry.
