Wasa Properties is a New York City based real estate investment and operating firm currently executing an opportunistic strategy focused on repositioning income generating, distressed and deep value-add properties, well located within dynamic target markets throughout the northeast, southeast, and southwest. Wasa has grown organically, acquiring one property at a time since the firm’s inception in 2004 to over 2 million square feet of assets currently under management. Leadership at Wasa has experience managing $1.5 billion in investments since inception and was formed to focus exclusively on investing with institutional and high net worth joint venture partners.

Historically, Wasa has acquired land for office and mixed use developments, as well as existing income generating properties such as, shopping and power centers, industrial, multi-family and office buildings.
