Our capabilities also include grading, site work, and general contracting services offered through the Norman Company.

We generally develop between $20 and $50 million of commercial real estate annually.

We have developed over 800,000 square feet of commercial property since 2000.

We manage all our holdings — over 100 tenants and over one million square feet of commercial space.

We develop projects ranging from small office buildings to large-scale commercial developments in excess of $15 million.
