Established in 1986, Vita & Vita Realty Corp. is a fully integrated real estate company experienced in managing, developing, and investing in commercial real estate. Vita & Vita is privately owned and managed by Anthony Vita, Andrew Vita, Jr., and Andrew Vita, Sr. Collectively, the three are tenured with more than a century’s worth of broad-based real estate experience and together maintain an extensive network of the industry’s most seasoned professionals. Vita & Vita manages approximately one million square feet of real estate consisting of shopping centers, office buildings, and other income producing properties. In addition, the Vita families maintain various land holdings for future development and they have ownership interests in approximately three million square feet of commercial properties concentrated in the eastern United States. Assets that are directly under management are predominantly located throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and the greater Nashville area of Tennessee.
