Our portfolio of projects center primarily in the urban core of both Seattle and Portland. We are building multifamily apartments as well as luxury condos and workforce housing. We have over a dozen projects in flight at various stages of development, all with a common core theme: building vibrant, smart communities people feel proud to call home.
