Vantage Holdings is a privately owned, opportunistic real estate investment firm focused on acquiring a variety of property types in select markets within the United States. We create lasting value by successfully managing risk, preserving capital, being conservative with leverage, and investing with high conviction in opportunities that meet strict screening standards.

In order to meet our investment objectives, we have employed a variety of strategies including the acquisition of non-performing loans, REO properties, B-notes, JV equity, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity.
