TSB Realty is a full-service, national investment sales firm specializing in the valuation and disposition of student housing and traditional multifamily communities.

TSB Realty was founded by Timothy S. Bradley, Austin L. Repetto and Shawn D. Sweeney in 2014, and soon added broker of record Randall L. Calvert. Our firm is an affiliate company of TSB Capital Advisors, which allows us to provide clients a full spectrum of expertise throughout the student housing and multifamily space.
