Founded in 2016,Trawler Capital Management LLC ("Trawler") is a SEC-registered investment adviser, and majority owned by Third Point Real Estate Strategies LLC.

TCM's primary focus is on commercial real estate debt investments relating to a broad range of properties including multi-family, hospitality, office, retail, and industrial assets.

The investment professionals at Trawler have extensive underwriting, credit and structuring backgrounds. The team has decades of experience in a broad range of debt and equity structures (including B-notes, mezzanine, preferred equity, bridge loans, Freddie Mac K-Series bonds and CMBS) and have also been involved in the acquisition of distressed debt that has resulted in equity ownership and management.
