Through a disciplined acquisition and management strategy, we seek financially sound multifamily investments in stabilized and growth markets. We employ a highly targeted investment approach, focusing only on those submarkets where we have vast institutional knowledge, leveraging a track record spanning 40 years. Tradewind Residential's objective is to acquire multifamily communities with a genuine value-add component. Our investment approach favors on properties in Texas and Oklahoma focusing on communities with 150 units or more.
