Formed in 1989, Tower Investments, LLC is a family owned real estate investment and development company.  Headquartered in Northern California, Tower invests its own capital and self-manages a diverse portfolio of real estate and debt instruments secured by real estate throughout the United States.

Tower employs a team of professionals and consultants experienced in real estate development, planning and design, construction management, equity investments, project finance, and management.  Tower integrates these talents into a project team from development to occupancy.

Tower's principals are directly involved in day-to-day operations and project management.  Tower maintains ownership of all projects and its principals are accountable for all decisions in-house.
