Tourbineau Real Estate Partners (TREP) is a newly formed investment firm that is purpose-built to acquire and reposition 'inflection point' real estate – buildings with a combination of un-stabilized income streams and deferred capital. We seek out buildings where a plan for the next chapter needs to be formulated and then executed by a team that has the experience, drive, and fortitude to take on challenging projects.​
