Increased cleaning protocols for all common areas and amenity spaces within buildings, focusing on disinfecting common touch points more frequently

Limiting in-person office visits and repairs to the immediately essential

Employees have received training on how to best protect themselves and others from the spread of germs

Requesting that travelers from outside the US avoid common areas

Continued review and adherence to any new information and recommendations put out by the CDC or local Boards of Health within our communities.
