The Pinyon Group prioritizes social and environmental equity through the creation of thoughtful, contextual real estate developments with an emphasis on artfully designed sustainable urban housing at all income levels. We offer our expertise and a sincere and informed “owner’s perspective” when working with our investors, partners, and clients on the acquisition, development, financing, management, and disposition of selective high-impact real estate projects. We prefer to stay small and nimble, and only work with select partners on their highest-priority initiatives. We develop and invest in projects that leave the world in a better place than which we found it. We are passionate about good design, and are experts in creatively utilizing public-private partnerships, tax credit finance, tax-exempt bonds, and a variety of other forms of market-based public and private financing (including impact investment and philanthropic initiatives) to bring worthy projects to fruition.
