From urban renewal projects on the South Side to luxury high-rises in River North, Habitat is responsible for some of the most noteworthy multifamily developments in the city of Chicago. We’ve developed over 17,000 units to date, and we continue to expand our operations in Chicago and beyond. As an accomplished manager and developer, we’ve worked with properties of all shapes and sizes. That experience puts us in the perfect position to evaluate and acquire a wide range of assets. We partner with both institutional equity groups and large private funds to finance acquisitions, which we make via property-level joint ventures or outright individual purchases, depending on the situation.
