The Cotswold Group has owned and managed commercial property since 1983. We currently own properties in 8 states on the East coast and Midwest. We specialize in adding value to properties. We do this through vision, design/implementation, and persistence. Our main focus is neighborhood and community shopping centers, medical properties, office/flex properties, and industrial buildings. As value-added investors, we purchase properties which have substantial vacancies and may be REO from institutions. We purchase both defaulted mortgage notes on properties which interest us and properties with environmental issues. East Coast and Midwest in prosperous areas with limited new competition. Trade Areas of at least 75,000 people. We very much like urban properties and active suburban properties. From 75,000 square feet up to 400,000 square feet. We are well capitalized, all cash buyers, can offer a quick due diligence and a quick close. We are also willing to assume existing debt. We are in the service business and take this responsibility seriously. We manage all of our properties from our headquarters in Harrison, New York, so that tenants get prompt attention to their needs. We continuously invest and make improvements to our properties.
