Texas Opportunity Fund is seeking acquisition opportunities for industrial properties (preferably not less than 100,000 square feet)…and will also consider multifamily properties (not less than 300 units), and office properties in highly constrained markets. Asset Profile Industrial Office Multifamily $25 million or greater (larger and smaller transactions will be considered on a case by case basis).
