Trade Consulting International, Inc. (TCII) was established in 1994, in Miami, Florida, and had its beginning in Management Consulting and International Trade Finance. Subsequently, in 2002 we established TCII Property Management, Inc. which has grown to oversee the management and leasing of over 1.6 Million square feet of commercial retail shopping centers and various other commercial assets, consisting of over 220 tenants ranging from National Brands to Local Tenants. This represents a portfolio with a combined market value of over One Hundred Seventy Million Dollars ($170,000,000). The portfolio includes properties in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, as well as various locations in Central Florida.

After years of experience and success in property management and leasing we have expanded and incorporated the TCII Capital Group. Our deep understanding of the retail and commercial markets allow us to offer services such as acquisitions, dispositions, investment analysis, financial consulting, marketing and advertising.
