Tamarack Capital Partners is currently engaged in the ownership, management, renovation and redevelopment of hotels and mixed-use projects in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Palm Springs, Denver, Austin, New Orleans and Washington, D.C. The firm maintains offices in Santa Monica, San Francisco, Denver, and Salt Lake City.

A key part of our value add strategy is executing renovations, development and redevelopment. Since its inception in 2018, Tamarack Capital Partners has delivered over $125M of construction projects.

We are proud to partner with some of the world's best hospitality brands. Our current portfolio includes hotel real estate that is branded and managed by Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental and Accor. We also work with outstanding third party managers and self-manage where we can add value. The firm currently manages two independent properties and has a history of managing under franchise agreements with major brands including Hilton and Hyatt.
