Sutton Equity, LLC is a family run real estate investment firm with over 30 years of experience in investing in retail oriented properties along the Eastern United States. Sutton Equity’s portfolio consists of a wide array of properties including retail shopping centers, malls, mixed-use properties, and street retail assets. Our roots start back 40 years in the apparel industry, which helped us gain a comprehensive understanding of retailers needs. Founded by a visionary, Ralph S. Tawil, who grew up as an orphan during the Great Depression, and later grew to become an established businessman in wholesale & real estate, the lesson was instilled in our family to always support those who need it. Over the years, our family has held to a strong belief of giving back. Our family has provided support to many schools, hospitals, medical research institutions, and various charity organizations.
