The company is funded by JEN Partners, LLC, a New York based private equity firm whose primary investment platform is residential real estate. Sun Terra and JEN have been partners for over 11 years. Sun Terra Communities takes pride in its ability to evaluate and close on transactions quickly. With direct funding investment from JEN Partners, we work side by side in underwriting and evaluating transactions.

Our ability to perform quickly is based upon superior local knowledge of the Florida market and close coordination with our investment partner. Sun Terra teamed with JEN Partners in 2009 and this successful partnership continues today.

In these eleven years, we have closed well over $250 million in transactions. We strive to only pursue properties we can close and not waste the time of property owners.

We can say we have not had an unsuccessful transaction in our time with JEN Partners. Our target investment size is up to $80 million. We will invest through direct land purchases as well as note purchases.

We may consider joint ventures but only if we are directly involved in the management.
