Strata Equity Group is a privately held real estate investment and management company offering the highest level of service since 1983. While boutique in nature, the organization operates at an institutional scale throughout the US.

Strata’s core strategy is the ownership and management of multifamily and commercial/industrial properties, with a value-add proposition. Additionally, Strata acquires undeveloped land to design and entitle for master planned and mixed-use communities providing a sizable supply of lots for national homebuilders.

In total our portfolio contains $4 billion in AuM and properties in 16 states. Strata owns and operates a diversified portfolio of real estate across the U.S., comprised largely of multifamily residential communities and commercial/industrial properties. Strata also serves as an important supplier of entitled land to national homebuilders and merchant developers in Southern California.
