Founded in 1970, Storm Properties, Inc., is an active acquirer, developer, owner and manager of industrial and commercial property, with a primary focus in Southern California. The company currently operates a diverse portfolio of industrial, retail, and multi-family properties and land.

Storm Properties actively targets the acquisition of value-add industrial, commercial and multifamily properties in major Western U.S. markets.

Industrial criteria: (i) $2M to $20M; (ii) warehouse and distribution, vacant land (unentitled and entitled); (iii) B or better asset class; (iv) B or better location quality; and (v) 20,000 square-foot minimum (>3 acres for development). Multifamily criteria: (i) $5M to $40M; (ii) Southern California, Seattle, Denver, Phoenix; (iii) Garden style apartments (preferred); (iv) C or better asset class; (v) B- or better location quality; (vi) 50 to 300 units; (vii) 1950+ build in Southern California; 1970+ build in other markets; and (viii) Seeking physical assets with operational and physical reposition opportunities; Speculative ground-up development (>100 units).
