Stonemar Properties is a vertically-integrated, entrepreneurial real estate investment and management company that acquires and manages real property in leading primary and secondary markets throughout the United States. We focus on well-located, institutional-quality mixed-use, retail, office, and multifamily assets featuring core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic investment profiles. Our current portfolio is comprised of nearly 1.5 million square feet of well-located, high-potential real estate. Stonemar acquires and manages high-potential properties valued at $10-100+ million with our institutional joint venture partners who are typically either publicly-traded investment firms, pension fund advisors, private equity real estate companies, or family offices with substantial discretionary equity to invest. Collectively, our joint venture partners have more than $23 billion of real estate assets under management. Stonemar's senior executives have extensive experience acquiring and managing mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties. We have acquired, managed, and advised on more than $13 billion of equity and debt-related investments throughout our careers. Collectively, we have more than 100 years of institutional experience in all facets of real estate investment and management. Stonemar is a proactive and strategic owner-operator that acquires and manages real property in need of capital improvements, redevelopment, leasing, and/or rebranding and repositioning. Currently, our property portfolio totals nearly 1.5 million square feet.
