Jason Schlanger and Carter Bechtol are the Managing Principals of Stanmore Partners. Collectively, Schlanger and Bechtol bring over 35 years of real estate experience to Stanmore, and have led the development of 40 projects across the country (containing over 12,000 units / 10+ million square feet). Stanmore has partnered with Hoar Construction, one of the nation’s premier commercial contractors, to create an integrated development and construction management platform.

Robert Burton, CEO of Hoar Construction, and Charles Hazen, President of Transwestern Investment Group are partners in Stanmore and serve on its Investment Committee. The company’s current pipeline includes class-A multifamily projects in Houston, Texas, Round Rock, Texas and Jacksonville, Florida.
