Stalwart Equities Inc. is a privately held real estate company specializing in the development, management and operation of industrial warehouse buildings in the New York Metropolitan region. The company was founded by a group of young, visionary entrepreneurs. As ecommerce began to reshape the face of business, we recognized early on that traditional brick and mortar stores would give way to large distribution and fulfillment centers. Currently, Stalwart Equities has 200+ acres under development over 3 million square feet in the works across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
