The Primary business of Shuler Properties is focused on the development of multi-tenant centers as well as single tenant retail users. The company is also involved in financing and primary partnership of retail developments. Additional services include land, office, medical and residential developments. Shuler Properties has developed in excess of 4 million square feet comprised of over 80 retail centers and buildings over the past 25 years and has been involved in tenant representation since 2014 brokering more than 100 client transactions to date.
