Shorewood is led by S. Lawrence Davis, former partner at Emmes & Co. Mr. Davis has managed in excess of $400 million of equity and has overseen the development of approximately $1.7 billion of real estate projects and platform investments, including the ground‐up construction of William Beaver House, a $450 million residential condominium project in the Financial District of Manhattan.
