SG Capital Partners was founded in 2014 by former Partners and Senior Managers from leading investment banks, asset managers and lending firms.

A few of those names include Goldman Sachs, RBS Greenwich Capital, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Redwood Trust, loanDepot, Quicken Loans and others. Today the firm employs 30+ people with substantial pre- and post-crisis mortgage experience and all senior employees are invested in the company.

We have a deep understanding of the residential and commercial mortgage business and we are committed to providing our clients with products that meet the needs of more borrowers – thus giving our clients the ability to close more loans.
